Dev Amratia
Dev worked at Shell for 9 years as a Project Manager on Flagship Capital Projects, generating a wealth of technical and commercial experience across a variety of strategic projects in the Energy Industry. Author of the UK Government AI Review (2017) alongside Prof. Dame Wendy Hall and Jerome Pesenti. Dev holds an MEng in Aerospace Engineering, and CEng (CharteredEngineer) from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.

Tom Hulme
Tom has been an angel investor in over 30 companies. He was a founding investor in MileIQ (acquired by Microsoft), Divimove (acquired by Fremantle), GoCardless, Cliqz (acquired by Burda), Llustre (acquired by Fab), Massive Health (acquired by Jawbone), Nested, Tray.io, Lendable and MoveGuides. Tom has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He has been featured in Wired UK’s Top 100 Digital Power Brokers and the Evening Standard’s list of London’s 1000 Most Influential People. He also serves as an advisor to the British government and MoD.
Sandy McKinnon
Sandy has led investments in edge-caching company Velocix (sold to Alcatel-Lucent), predictive analytics company SeeWhy (sold to SAP), machine-learning computer-vision company Omniperception (sold to Digital Barriers), audio effects company Sonaptic (sold to Wolfson), real-time big data analytics company Acunu (sold to Apple) and is currently on the Boards of Lifebit, Stacker and Eola (as well as nPlan). Sandy had a Research Fellowship at Cambridge University, working in Nanotechnology with many of the pioneers in the field. He has a Ph.D. and B.Sc.(first) in Physics from the University of Dundee.

Michael Mire
Until recently Michael was a Senior Partner at McKinsey specialising in financial services and energy utilities. He is now a main board director at Aviva plc, the UK's largest insurance company, where he is the designated NED for private asset investments such as infrastructure and for Aviva's digitisation and AI programmes; a Senior Advisor at Lazard specialising in M&A; and on the board of one of the largest S&P 500 REITs which focuses on income producing healthcare and retail properties. Michael was educated at Oxford University and at the Harvard Business School where he graduated as a Baker Scholar and was awarded an MBA degree with High Distinction.

Alan Mosca
Alan spent 7 years as a technologist in quantitative finance, implementing live trading strategies, quotefeed systems, trading engines, writing tools for research and automating front-office tasks. Alan has extensive experience in algorithm design and software engineering, and holds a BEng in ComputerEngineering, MSc in Computer Science, and is nearing a PhD in deep learning

Sarah Grisman
Sarah has a background in Operations with the world's finest art, and holds a CIPD Level 5 diploma in HR. She worked for Christie's and commercial art galleries, after studying Classics at Oxford and attaining Masters degrees in Art Conservation and History of Art.

Nick Williams
Nick has spent over 14 years at the forefront of construction technology, driven by a mission to transform how the world builds infrastructure. With more than 25 years of experience across small service firms and global software leaders, he brings a unique perspective on bridging innovation and execution. Nick thrives on building and leading high-performing teams that connect clients with solutions designed to deliver projects and programmes more efficiently, effectively, and sustainably.

Leonie Mueck
Leonie loves turning cutting technologies into products. Before joining nPlan, she was Chief Product Officer at quantum computing scale-up Riverlane. Prior to that, she pursued a career in scientific publishing, first as physics editor at the journal Nature and later at Open Access publisher PLOS where she built a physical sciences and engineering division. She holds a PhD in quantum chemistry.

Yuriy Mikitchenko
Yuriy is a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in driving qualified pipeline growth and revenue for companies of all sizes. He excels in setting executive-level revenue growth strategies, building high-performing teams and implementing cross-functional processes that align marketing and revenue operations. He also holds an MBA from Oregon State University.

Yarin Gal
Yarin is an Associate Professor of Machine Learning at the University of Oxford's Computer Science department, and is head of the Oxford Applied and Theoretical Machine Learning Group. He is also a Fellow of the Alan Turing Institute.

John Hollman
John is owner of Validation Estimating LLC, the author of “Project Risk Quantification” (2016), and the lead author of AACE® International’s TCM Framework (2006). He works with capital program managers and project leaders in a variety of industries to improve their cost engineering with a focus on estimating and risk quantification. He is an Honorary Life Member of AACE®, and recipient of their Award of Merit and Lifetime Achievement Awards. Prior to consulting, Mr. Hollmann led cost engineering metrics and research efforts at Independent Project Analysis, Inc. That followed a hands-on career in mining engineering.
