nPlan AI Day - Winter 2026: The Project Controls Loop

The biggest event of the Winter dedicated to AI for project controls and delivery. Miss it, miss the change.

About
nPlan AI Day - Winter 2026: The Project Controls Loop

We've joined forces with Project Connect Group to put together the ultimate late afternoon/early evening capital project career booster shot: demos of the latest project controls and delivery AI innovations + a fireside chat with two incredible leaders at Sizewell C - followed by networking with peers over drinks and videogames at NQ64 Arcade Bars LTD in Old Street! 🎮 🍻

🤖 AI Day is nPlan's twice-yearly showcase of the products and innovations it's been working on, and over the years has been the launchpad for technologies which have literally changed the way big things get built: including our project controls and delivery agent, Barry, and Schedule Studio, our tool for generating detailed schedules from scope descriptions and project documentation.

The theme of this edition of AI Day is the 'project controls loop' - the continuous cycle that drives every successful project: Risk assessment → Scenario creation → Change issuance → Schedule updates → Documentation and reporting → back to risk. AI is helping teams move through this loop faster, more often, and with greater impact - enabling projects to learn, adapt, and deliver at unprecedented speed - and we'll show how nPlan's technology is enabling this shift.

We're thrilled to say that our keynote will be followed by a fireside chat with Carolyn le Roux, PMO Director at Sizewell C, and Tommy Clarke, Head of Programme Controls on the project - with nPlan CEO Dev Amratia lined up to deliver his customary grilling. Sizewell C is entering a crucial phase - just as the wider world stands on the cusp of a new era of nuclear power - and this is a rare opportunity to hear directly from the team steering one of the UK’s most consequential megaprojects. Those who attend can expect to hear a deep, candid conversation about delivering a complex project of national importance to the UK, navigating uncertainty, and the role AI-led assurance is playing in delivering desired outcomes.

Please note: AI Day attendees will receive complimentary drink tokens for the PCG event. Attending both events is the perfect way to combine high-value learning with high-impact networking. We look forward to seeing you there!
